TCAPS Transportation Form

Transportation is provided to all full-time GTACS students who live in the Traverse City Area Public School District. (Half-day Kindergarteners receive morning transportation only.)

If you wish to have your child use TCAPS bussing, please download the Transportation form and fill out one bussing form per child. Please turn in this form with your Registration documents at least one week before your child plans to ride the bus.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Middle School (SEAS) Shuttle

If your child is in grades 6-8th grade and will be attending SEAS, you may wish to sign up for one of our two shuttle services that run from Immaculate Conception Elementary School or St. Francis High School.

How does the SEAS Shuttle work?

These special shuttles are run and operated by TCAPS and were designed to ease the burden of driving your child to the SEAS location across town. You MUST sign up for this shuttle service on the TCAPS Transportation form in the designated area and turn in with your Registration documents or at least one week before your child plans to ride this shuttle. These shuttles are very popular and fill up quickly so sign up early!

At 7:35 a.m. your child may meet the SEAS shuttle at either the Immaculate Conception Elementary School parking lot OR in front of the St. Francis Gym on 11th Street. They will then be transported to SEAS.

At the end of the day, your child will get back on the appropriate SEAS shuttle bus and be taken back to their original starting location. Shuttles usually return at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Again, please make sure you sign up for ONE of these shuttles (IC/SEAS) or (SF/SEAS) in the designated area on the TCAPS Transportation form. Please note that when TCAPS is not in session and/or when there is no public school bussing, the SEAS shuttle and our regular bussing transportation will not be available. Parents will then need to provide their child’s transportation.

• 7:30 a.m. - Take shuttle to one of the GTACS schools

• Transfer at W. Sr. High
• Take shuttle to home

If you live on the east side of town:

• Take bus from home
• Transfer at E. Jr. High
• 7:30 a.m. - Take shuttle to one of the GTACS schools
